With the growing number of skin cancer cases, it’s important to protect your skin with sunscreen. Below is a four-step summer skin routine from Real Simple magazine to help you put your best face forward.
- Wash your face in the morning and in the evening. If you have oily skin, use moisturizers like aloe or a bar of soap to help reduce your skin’s oil.
- The sun can cause your skin to age and wrinkle so it is important to apply a serum with SPF that includes antioxidants like Vitamin C and green tea.
- Always use a moisturizer. If you have oily skin, use an oil-free moisturizer.
- Wear sunscreen especially while spending time outdoors.
