The Atlanta Poker Clubs gathers at Johnny's Hideaway for Texas Hold'em on Mondays
Poker used to be a game that was reserved for Las Vegas tourists and at-home amateurs. But ever since poker tournaments have been airing on TV– and the realization that you can make a living as a professional poker player– the popularity of the card game has skyrocketed, transcending casinos and kitchen tables and making its way into the mainstream. One game in particular that has taken off is Texas Hold ‘em, a seven-card challenge that is taking the country by storm!
If you’re into playing poker– or even if you like to observe– there is one place in Atlanta that is a hot spot for the game: Johnny’s Hideaway! Every Monday night at 7:00 p.m., the Atlanta Poker Club gathers for a tournament that is fun for all involved. This certainly makes Johnny’s an interesting place to be!
